Are you a Senior National Account Manager ready to take the next step into a broader commercial leadership role?
We're partnering with an exciting FMCG brand as they enter a pivotal stage of growth. Already listed with major national retailers including Tesco, Waitrose, and Ocado, the business is scaling and looking for a commercially driven sales leader to help shape its next chapter.
This business has spent years building a remarkable product, establishing a premium reputation, and securing distribution. Now, with significant retail momentum behind it, it's looking for someone to help lead the next phase of growth.
Why this role?
- You'll own key retail relationships, drive commercial strategy, lead negotiations, manage P&L performance, and have direct influence on the future direction of the business.
- You'll also gain people management experience from day one, leading an On-Trade National Account Manager while helping shape what the wider commercial team looks like as the business grows.
For the right person, this is the perfect step-up opportunity from Senior NAM or Controller level into a commercial leadership role.

Iām in my final year doing Economics and I donāt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer ā it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donāt need a masters. Letās look at the ones youād be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
