Head of Sales
London | Hybrid | circa £100,000 base + uncapped bonus + equity
About the Role
Build sales growth for a new generation of healthcare and wellness technology
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious health technology business at an important stage of growth.
The company has developed an innovative healthcare technology platform, alongside a growing portfolio of scientifically developed wellness products.
Its first clinical diagnostic product has recently completed validation and regulatory approval and is now ready for commercialisation across private healthcare, with longer term ambitions across the wider healthcare system.
Alongside this, the business has established wellness products generating commercial activity, with significant potential to accelerate growth through direct sales, B2B relationships and strategic partnerships.
We are looking for a Head of Sales who can turn these opportunities into meaningful revenue and sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead sales across two complementary propositions: developing adoption of the clinical diagnostic product within private healthcare, while accelerating wellness sales through B2B, enterprise and partnership channels.
Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you will win customers, develop new sales channels and build a repeatable sales operation.
What you will do
- Drive sales of the clinical diagnostic product, initially targeting private healthcare providers and clinical decision makers
- Convert early interest into pilots, key accounts and paying customers
- Grow the existing wellness portfolio through direct sales, B2B channels and strategic partnerships
- Develop enterprise opportunities across corporates, healthcare organisations, insurers, pharmaceutical companies and other partners
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, sales processes and routes to market
- Work closely with the founders and scientific teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer propositions
- Operate as a player coach, personally winning key accounts while developing the sales function as the business grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
