About The Client

Role Overview
As the Head of Sales, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of sales strategy and execution in a rapidly growing crypto payment company. You will lead and develop a skilled Sales & Business Development team, focusing on driving high performance and accountability. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can turn company objectives into actionable plans while identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Sales & Business Development team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Build and improve processes across the function, including performance management, reporting, sales planning, and pipeline management.
- Assess team performance and develop the team’s capabilities to ensure consistent delivery against business objectives.
- Work closely with Management to define the commercial strategy, translate company objectives into actionable plans, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with market opportunities, client needs, and commercial targets.
- Provide Management with clear insights into performance, opportunities, challenges, and key initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and strategic partners while developing new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations for complex and strategically important deals, balancing commercial objectives and risk considerations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience, including senior Sales or Business Development roles in payment processing, fintech, financial services, banking solutions, IT, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of crypto processing and understanding of the commercial and operational dynamics of high-risk industries.
- Familiarity with payment product structures, sales cycles, ROI analysis, and scaling commercial functions.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, setting performance frameworks, and driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making and strategy formulation.
