Head of Sales

Sheffield H/O with UK and International travel

£Excellent Package

If you're the kind of sales leader who's happiest with one foot in the strategy and one foot still on the road, this one's worth a look!

Elevation Recruitment Group are thrilled to be working with our long-standing client MRMK to recruit this brand new Head of Sales role. This is a truly unique opportunity to join a highly efficient, well-regarded company and lead it through a significant period of its growth journey.

You will have full responsibility for the commercial function, both in the UK and overseas, as part of the Leadership Team driving the company through the next 3-5 years of growth.

Why this suits a player-manager:

  • You'll own the commercial function end to end - UK and export, not just oversee it from a distance
  • You'll lead the sales team while still being hands-on yourself
  • You'll be out visiting distributors regularly, not stuck behind a desk
  • You'll shape channel strategy and route to market, then help execute it
  • You'll have real input into where the function goes next - this is as much about building as running

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
