Head of Sales – Hospitality Financial Services
Basic and Commission: £130k - £150k+ OTE
UK (predominately London) field-based | Meet in the London office approximately every two weeks
The business:
Established accountancy firm, specialising in restaurant and hospitality, seeks a Sales Executive to drive new business and growth in the UK. This is a great chance for someone with proven sales experience to expand their network, build relationships with decision-makers, and shape a growing sales team at this reputable firm.
My client:
An international provider of accountancy and advisory services to restaurant and hospitality businesses, offering bookkeeping, accounting, and outsourced finance support to UK restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality groups. A strong reputation built on deep sector knowledge, trusted relationships and an understanding of the commercial challenges facing hospitality operators.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. Generate new business via outbound activity, networking, and referrals.
- Build trusted relationships with hospitality operators, founders, CEOs, and CFOs. Increase visibility by representing the business at industry events.
- Collaborate with accountants and client service teams to ensure a top customer experience.
- Assist in developing sales strategies, messaging, and the UK sales playbook.

Essential Experience
- Proven ability to build relationships with restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality business owners and decision-makers.
- Success in new B2B sales, generating opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and relationship building within hospitality.
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with founders, senior executives, and decision-makers.
- Contributing to the development of sales processes, including refining messaging, representing at industry events, and establishing scalable procedures.
