Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the commercial strategy and sales performance of the LKQ Leisure Division.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction across our existing customer base, while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
As an industry expert, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, lead and develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver both short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with our wider business objectives.
Working closely with the Head of Division and as a member of the Leisure & Marine Senior Leadership Team, you will play an important role in shaping the future direction of the division and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and commercial strategies to accelerate growth and maximise profitability.
- Develop and implement agreed pricing strategies, ensuring they support both customer value and commercial objectives.
- Develop account management strategies and provide training and coaching to ensure opportunities are maximised and customer satisfaction remains high.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, creating a high-performance culture focused on delivering commercial results and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor, analyse and report on sales performance using key metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyse and optimise the effectiveness of the sales team, identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and commercial partners.
- Support and strengthen commercial relationships with key suppliers.
- Identify emerging market trends and new product opportunities to support the continued growth of the Leisure Division.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, industry networking and relevant events.
- Represent the division at regional and business-specific customer events, strengthening relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Attend and contribute to national and local training events, ensuring knowledge and best practice are shared across the wider business.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Leisure & Marine Senior Leadership Team to support the division's wider strategic objectives.

Skills And Experience
We are looking for a commercially focused sales leader with a strong understanding of the leisure market and a proven ability to deliver growth through people, customers and strategy.
You Will Ideally Have
- Proven experience in a senior sales, commercial or account management leadership role.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and profitability growth.
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team.
- The ability to analyse sales data and performance metrics and turn insights into action.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly when working with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Strong industry knowledge and an understanding of the leisure sector and its customer base.
- The ability to work strategically while remaining commercially hands-on.
