We're excited to be working with a fast-growing hospitality group delivering exceptional food, drink, and experiences across their venues, hosting a wide range of events with great brands. With expansion planned, they're seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to lead all bookings and manage the sales team and grow the corporate business. Corporate sales are key. This role is based in London, with travel to sites required at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to exceed targets and manage high-value event enquiries
  • Analyse performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Identify new opportunities through proactive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Maximise revenue via diary and yield management
  • Prepare reports, forecast, and attend networking/promotional events
  • Develop strategies to retain clients and win new business

Skills And Experience

  • Proven sales team leadership in events or hospitality
  • Track record of achieving venue sales budgets
  • Experience with new openings or building a department
  • Strong financial skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, personable and professional
