Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Basic Salary + Commission & Performance Bonus

With ambitious plans to become Scotland’s leading home improvement group, we’re seeking an exceptional Head of Sales & Marketing to help increase revenues, build and manage high-performing teams, and drive customer acquisition across all of our brands.
This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Group Directors and management team which offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly expanding business.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader who understands both sales and marketing and can create a seamless customer journey from lead generation, CRM management and pipeline through to conversion and customer retention.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing our sales and marketing functions, increasing lead volumes, improving conversion rates, developing reporting systems, and driving overall revenue growth.
This role would suit someone with experience in home improvements, construction, property, retail, direct-to-consumer sales, or a fast-paced growth business with modern digital sales and marketing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Manage the Group’s sales processes across all brands
- Follow up unsold surveys with comms and nurturing flows
- Negotiate with our customers to land the sale
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs
- Improve lead-to-sale conversion rates
- Manage forecasting, reporting and pipeline activity
Marketing Leadership
- Support our digital team execute group-wide marketing strategies
- Work closely with external agencies and internal teams
- Improve brand awareness across Scotland
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Analyse marketing performance and customer data
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience with CRM's, workflows and automations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Experience managing KPIs and performance reporting
- Data-driven decision maker
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Highly Desirable
- Experience within home improvements, construction, property or related B2C sectors
- Digital and direct marketing knowledge
- Experience managing multi million pounds annual sales targets
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months, you’ll be expected to:
- Help develop a modern automated sales and marketing system within our CRM
- Increase qualified lead generation across all brands
- Improve sales conversion rates
- Implement improved reporting and forecasting systems
- Deliver measurable revenue growth across the group
