Head of Sales, PropTech

Remote, UK
Basic salary circa £70,000
Six figure OTE

A senior commercial opportunity in PropTech

We are recruiting for a successful and established PropTech business that is entering an exciting period of further growth and is looking to appoint an accomplished Head of Sales.

This is a pivotal commercial appointment for someone who knows the PropTech sector, understands how technology is sold into the UK property industry and, most importantly, has a proven ability to turn opportunity into revenue.

The business already has an established product, a strong presence within its market and continued investment in generating new business opportunities. The focus of this role is not simply managing a sales process. You will be expected to take commercial ownership, maximise revenue opportunities and help shape how the business approaches sales as it continues to grow.

It will suit an experienced PropTech sales professional who enjoys being close to the deal at c-suite level, but is ready to bring their experience, leadership and commercial thinking to a broader Head of Sales position.

What you will be responsible for:

  • You will have sole responsibility for driving new business revenue while developing a structured and highly effective sales operation.

Your remit will include:

  • Taking ownership of new business opportunities and converting qualified prospects into long term clients
  • Building relationships with estate agency owners, directors and other senior property professionals
  • Presenting the platform commercially and demonstrating how it can deliver measurable value to prospective clients
  • Developing sales strategy, processes and conversion techniques to maximise revenue
  • Managing the sales pipeline and producing accurate forecasts against agreed targets
  • Identifying additional commercial opportunities within the existing client base
  • Reviewing sales performance and using data to improve conversion throughout the funnel
  • Working closely with Marketing to ensure campaigns and lead generation activity translate into commercial results
  • Supporting and developing existing sales resource and helping build the sales function as the company expands
  • Working collaboratively with client facing teams to ensure a strong journey from initial sale through to implementation
  • Representing the company within the UK property industry and at selected industry events
  • Contributing to wider commercial discussions and future growth plans

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
