A vibrant, fast-growing premium drinks brand with strong consumer traction, real market momentum, and an enviable reputation across the trade is looking for an experienced Interim Head of Sales to lead its On Trade national/regional accounts function.
This is a business with energy, ambition, and a product portfolio that genuinely resonates — the kind of brand that customers want on their fixture and consumers actively seek out. The priority for this appointment is to ensure commercial momentum is maintained, key relationships are expertly managed, and the business continues to trade with the discipline and pace its growth trajectory demands.
- You will take day-to-day ownership of the national & regional On Trade team together with the direct management of large national accounts, ensuring trading terms, joint business plans, and promotional programmes are actively managed and commercially optimised.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
