Hybrid Working (4 days office / 1 day home) | Leadership Opportunity | £65K–£70K + strong commission

Are you a commercially driven sales leader who thrives on owning a national number, building high-performing teams, and turning ambition into measurable growth? Ready to step into a leadership role where you won't just inherit a function, but build it and then triple it? This might be the role for you!

The company Our client is a fast-growing, nationwide tutoring provider, working with schools, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), Local Education Authorities (LEAs) and parents across the UK. Alongside specialist SEND and EHCP tutoring for schools and local authorities, they also support families directly, with 1-1 tutoring for exams, catch-up learning and home education. Having built strong foundations, they're now entering an ambitious growth phase, expanding into new regions and channels and investing in the leadership to take them there.

The role As Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of the entire sales function: new business, existing accounts, the regional Key Account Managers, the Schools BDM, and the operational sales support beneath them. Working closely with the Commercial Director and the wider leadership team, you'll own the revenue number and the sales engine: growing the market, executing the expansion strategy, and driving pipeline, conversion and forecast discipline across new and existing business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
