The Wedding Travel Company
The Wedding Travel Company is one of the UK’s leading destination wedding specialists, helping couples create unforgettable weddings around the world. We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Sales Performance to unlock the full potential of our sales team. This isn’t a traditional Sales Manager role. We’re looking for a performance coach, analyst and commercial leader who thrives on developing people, using data to drive results and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Coach and develop every member of the sales team through regular one-to-one sessions.
- Analyse sales performance, conversion rates, margins and booking trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create individual development plans and hold consultants accountable for achieving them.
- Monitor call quality and customer experience.
- Design sales incentives, competitions and recognition programmes.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations to ensure the sales team is aligned with business priorities.
- Produce regular performance reporting and recommendations for senior leadership.

What We're Looking For
You’ll be:
- An outstanding sales coach with a proven track record of improving performance.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded.
- Passionate about developing people.
- Confident interpreting sales data and turning insight into action.
- An excellent communicator who can inspire, challenge and motivate others.
- Organised, proactive and results driven.
- Experience in travel or a consultative sales environment would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
