Head of Sales

The Head of Sales will take charge of driving sales growth and managing key client relationships. Your role will focus on creating and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets while ensuring smooth coordination within the sales team.

This is a player manager position and the candidate must be comfortable leading from the front when it comes to sales, targeting luxury hotels and hotel groups and maximising spend across the product portfolio.

Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the Hotel industry.
  • Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to maximise performance.
  • Analyse market trends and use insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with marketing and operations teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Offer

  • Salary range of £70,000 to £85,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Performance-based bonus.
  • Permanent position based in London.
