Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Head of Pharma to join a leading provider of innovative pharmaceutical solutions, based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and driven professional to lead the sales division focused on pharmaceutical and isolator technologies within a globally recognized organisation committed to excellence in cGMP standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, cultivating key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the UK pharmaceutical sector. As a key leader in the business, you will be instrumental in expanding market share and ensuring client satisfaction through seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as the Head of Pharma will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- To develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the UK Pharma and Isolator technologies segment, aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, while also identifying new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing new clients and business sectors, including engaging with NHS and international markets.
- As the Head of Pharma, you will oversee the sales budget, monitor performance against targets, and produce regular reports for senior management.

Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Head of Pharma, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Science, Engineering, Business Management)
- Proven and successful track record in technical solution selling to pharmaceutical companies, specifically in process/cleaning equipment, machinery, or facilities
- Experience within the UK pharmaceutical sector is essential, with international market experience being advantageous, along with knowledge of isolator technologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
