Head of Sales – UK
Location: London
Package: Circa £150,000 base salary + double OTE
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, international technology company that is transforming how organisations manage risk, operational efficiency and sustainability across the built environment. Its enterprise-grade platform combines AI, connected technology and real-time data to help some of the world’s leading construction, commercial real estate and facilities management organisations protect their assets, reduce waste and deliver measurable cost savings.
Following significant international growth, the business is now looking for an outstanding Head of Sales to lead its next phase of expansion across the UK.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role combining sales strategy, team management and direct enterprise selling. You’ll lead and develop the UK sales function while remaining close to the market: building senior relationships, creating new opportunities and personally helping to close complex enterprise deals worth £100k+.
You’ll be joining an ambitious, high-growth business with a proven product, established international presence and a sizeable opportunity to scale further across the UK built environment.

- Developing and executing the UK sales strategy to deliver ambitious revenue growth.
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing commercial team.
- Carrying a personal revenue target and leading strategic enterprise opportunities from prospecting through to close.
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers across construction, commercial real estate, facilities management and associated sectors.
- Improving sales playbooks, processes, forecasting and operational discipline.
- Helping the business continue its transition towards larger mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Growing average contract values and developing repeatable, scalable sales motions.
- Recruiting and retaining exceptional sales talent as the UK operation expands.
- Working closely with international leadership, marketing, partnerships, customer success and product teams.
- Translating a sophisticated technical proposition into clear commercial value for customers and partners.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven B2B SaaS sales leader with experience delivering ambitious revenue targets.
- At least five years’ SaaS sales experience, including three or more years in sales management.
- Previous experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, Regional Sales Director or similar.
- A strong track record of building, coaching and retaining successful sales teams.
- The energy and commercial drive to lead from the front, generate opportunities and close business personally.
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Demonstrable success within the UK market.
- Experience creating or improving sales strategies, playbooks and commercial frameworks.
- Exposure to PropTech, Construction Tech, facilities management technology, smart buildings or another relevant built-environment market is strongly preferred.
- Experience working within a scaling technology company and collaborating with international teams.
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to make a technical product simple, engaging and commercially compelling.
- A London base or the ability to commute regularly into London.
