About the Role
Following the successful commercial launch of our integrated Exprexion service suite, Flexion is recruiting a visionary commercial leader (Head of Sales) to architect, recruit, and scale our global enterprise sales engine. The Exprexion suite provides global mobile game developers with a powerful, decentralized growth ecosystem spanning alternative store distribution (Exprexion Markets), influencer-led user acquisition (Exprexion Creators), and direct-to-consumer monetization platforms (Exprexion Direct).
In this executive leadership role, you will take leading responsibility for global enterprise revenue generation, commercial strategy, and team building. Your primary mandate is to move away from legacy, fragmented outreach methods and establish a highly unified commercial approach targeting the world’s Top 500 mobile game developers and publishers. This is an elite opportunity at a NASDAQ-listed company, offering strategic and operational autonomy to design an aggressive outbound strategy, build a world-class enterprise sales organization from the ground up, and drive multi-service suite adoption.
Main Responsibilities
- Outbound Strategy Formulation: Design and execute a scalable, structured outbound sales strategy explicitly engineered to penetrate and secure long-term partnerships with Tier-1 global game studios and publishers (Top 500).
- Team Building & Scaling: Drive talent acquisition, recruiting high-caliber enterprise closers and business development professionals capable of navigating complex, multi-million dollar studio relationships.
- Commercial Proposition Refinement: Help shape and refine the commercial proposition and service offering based on ongoing market feedback, ensuring the product suite continues to scale effectively and remains highly competitive.
- Pipeline & Account Architecture: Optimize the end-to-end enterprise lifecycle by defining clear qualification frameworks, global territories, vertical focuses, and account assignment protocols to ensure efficient market coverage.
- Cross-Suite Value Maximization: Educate and lead the team to move beyond single-product pitching, crafting sophisticated, multi-service bundles that address alternative app store margins, UA inflation, and direct payment solutions in a single package.
- Commercial Operations & CRM Governance: Oversee the deployment and continuous optimization of HubSpot as the company’s single source of commercial truth, ensuring strict compliance with pipeline tracking and data-driven revenue forecasting.
- Marketing Synchronization: Directly guide the Marketing function to ensure all B2B marketing budgets, lead generation activities, and assets are entirely synchronized with active sales initiatives.
- Post-Sale Integration: Partner with account management teams to design seamless transitions from initial contract execution into long-term customer success, retention, and account expansion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
