Head of Sales – Residential Property Management
London (hybrid) | Competitive base + bonus
I'm partnering with a well-regarded UK residential property management business that's people-led, technology-enabled, and investing seriously in growth.
They're hiring a Head of Sales to own and accelerate new business.
This isn't a "manage the team from behind a desk" role. It suits a hands-on commercial operator who loves opening doors, building pipeline, and winning complex deals.
This is a consultative, long lead time sell. You will bring a consultative, insight-led approach to the market, engaging developers, freeholders, investors, and housing partners with compelling solutions that improve resident experience and asset performance.
What you'll be selling
Long-term management contracts for residential developments and portfolios, covering maintenance, finance, compliance, and resident experience.
Typical deals involve:
- Multi-year agreements
- Complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Long sales cycles, often starting early in the development process
- Schemes of varying size across London and the UK

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
