About Huzzle

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.

About the Company

Our client is a UK-based B2B sales and revenue growth company that helps businesses accelerate their commercial performance through sales development, training, and structured sales methodologies.

With a strong focus on developing high-performing sales professionals, the company is looking for a Head of Sales - Sales Trainer to take ownership of onboarding and new-hire sales training across its growing team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR), B2B sales professional, or Sales Trainer who is passionate about coaching and developing others.

You’ll take ownership of onboarding new sales hires, equipping them with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence they need to perform successfully from day one.

You’ll deliver structured training across core B2B sales competencies, including prospecting, objection handling, communication, and full sales-cycle fundamentals. You’ll also continuously improve the onboarding program based on new-hire performance and evolving business requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
