The role…

The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales and account growth across our key strategic accounts. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Sales strategy and growth:

  • Align sales priorities with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute the regions sales strategy
  • Deliver region level revenue and growth targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring regular face to face contact and engagement.

Team Leadership And Development

  • Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.

Sales Operations And Performance Management

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and sales performance metrics.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product, customer success, and consulting teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the accurate and consistent use of Salesforce.

Market And Customer Insights

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify needs and improve product offerings and services.

Executive Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Provide clear, data-driven commercial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Manage expectations through proactive communication on sales performance, forecasts, risks and opportunities
  • Represent the voice of the customer and the sales organisation in executive discussions.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to secure alignment on commercial priorities and strategic initiatives.

Reporting And Analysis

  • Prepares and present regular reports on sales performance and sales initiatives to the executive team.
  • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For…

  • Significant experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the European market.
  • Proven enterprise sales record: Track record of delivering revenue growth, managing large sales teams and consistently achieving commercial targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills: Ability to develop high-performing teams, build accountability and create a culture of execution.
  • Executive presence: Confidence and credibility to engage with senior stakeholders, including CEO and Executive Leadership Team, and influence decision-making
  • Collaborative mindset: Ability to partner effectively with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting and other functions.
  • Ability to travel internationally (Europe, US, ME, Asia) as required.
  • Can energise and lead people to go the extra mile and to accomplish goals.
  • Creates an inclusive environment where everyone can achieve their best and where success is rewarded
  • Holds self and others to account for results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
