The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Sales / Sales Team Lead to spearhead UK commercial growth. You’ll shape the sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and drive adoption of innovative sustainable technology across retail, hospitality, and other sectors. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on commercial execution ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a UK field sales team
- Build and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned to growth targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors
- Drive consultative sales activity, major account engagement, and solution-led conversations
- Support team members with complex sales cycles, proposals, and negotiations
- Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams
- Monitor market trends, DRS legislation, and competitive activity to inform strategy
- Report on pipeline, forecasting, and performance to senior leadership

Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in B2B field sales
- Strong background in technology, automation, environmental solutions, or related sectors
- Demonstrable success in building and scaling sales teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts
- Highly organised, self-driven, and commercially astute
- Full UK driving licence
