Head of Sales – Music Ecommerce industry
Want to lead sales for one of the biggest names in direct-to-fan music ecommerce? We are representing a client that runs the online stores and campaigns for some of the world's biggest artists, think exclusive, limited-edition and collector-grade vinyl, CDs and merch sold direct to fans. They worked with genuine household names across rock, pop and beyond, and as part of a wider international music group they pair specialist agility with serious backing.
We're looking for an experienced sales leader to take the reins of the established team, set the direction, and grow the operation.

The role in a nutshell:
- Remote-friendly | Occasional visits to the Lancashire office if you are local
- £60,000 base + up to £20,000 bonus (£80k OTE)
- Lead and grow a small, established sales team of 4
- Report directly to the Managing Director
What you'll do:
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team
- Set strategy and own the numbers — pipeline, forecasting, KPIs
- Win new business and grow key accounts
- Build and shape a high-performing sales function from a strong base

- A strong commercial head, forecasting, pipeline, CRM
- The drive to own a function and run with it
