About Cubbie

Cubbie was born after the founder’s daughter was diagnosed as Autistic. Through that experience came a deep understanding of sensory processing difficulties, and how sensory dysregulation can quietly build. What can look small on the surface can escalate into distress, panic or withdrawal, affecting a person’s confidence, wellbeing and sense of belonging. Cubbie was founded to change that.

We are building new categories in Healthcare and Education: managing sensory needs at an individual level, at scale, helping people regulate, feel safe, included and supported in everyday environments. We are removing barriers for neurodivergent individuals and make inclusion practical, measurable and real.

Cubbie combines physical space, personalised sensory programmes, cloud-based software, usage data and measurable outcomes. It is science-backed and already delivering over 25,000 interventions a month across schools, healthcare, justice and community settings.

The market is now catching up and the opportunity is there. Education, health and care are moving towards measured, outcomes-driven platforms that support inclusion in mainstream environments. We need you to build and scale the sales engine.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will own and scale Cubbie’s sales engine in the UK and Ireland. You will drive revenue while building the team, structures and systems that can grow fast and sustainably. This is not a management-only role, you will carry deals, open accounts, coach the team, and build the system. You will be close to customers, close to deals, and close to the numbers.

This role is for someone who wants ownership, pressure and progression.

What You Will Do

Build a high-performing, repeatable, and scalable sales engine focused on growth.

Key challenges you will tackle:

  • Turning strong market interest into consistent revenue
  • Building outbound discipline and pipeline quality
  • Scaling from individual wins to repeatable sales
  • Hiring and developing a high-performance sales team
  • Bringing pace, structure and accountability to execution
  • Winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals in public-sector environments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
