Role Overview
Head of Sales | London, HQ | Office-based (5 days/week)
We’re looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to lead and scale our UK & Ireland commercial sales organisation from our London HQ.
Our commercial team has already grown to 50+ people, and now we’re looking for a sales leader who can take the organisation to the next level. You’ll own day-to-day commercial performance, develop strong sales leaders, raise performance across the team and build the structure and infrastructure needed to support Fresha’s continued growth.
With 400+ hires already delivered this year, we are scaling fast across global markets and functions. You’ll help raise the bar, strengthen how we hire and build upon the talent engine needed to power the future of self care.
Fresha’s global sales team recently achieved 110% of target, and you’ll play a key role in building on that success. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, improving and making things happen — with the freedom to challenge how we work, introduce new ideas and create approaches that can scale across the wider sales organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Commercial Sales Leadership: Own day-to-day commercial performance across the UK & Ireland, driving revenue, sales targets and accountability. Use your hands-on sales experience to identify opportunities, improve conversion and keep teams focused on results.
- Team Building & Scaling: Build and grow a high-performing sales organisation of 50+ people, developing strong sales leaders, attracting great talent and creating the structure needed to support continued growth.
- Performance Management: Set a high-performance culture across the commercial organisation, creating clarity around expectations, celebrating strong performance and helping teams continuously improve. Provide regular feedback, coaching and support to empower individuals and teams to reach their potential and consistently deliver against ambitious targets.
- Sales Infrastructure: Build and refine the systems, processes, reporting and operating cadences that help the team scale. Use data proactively to understand performance, spot issues early and drive better decisions.
- Commercial Excellence: Bring your own ideas to improve sales performance, team structure and ways of working, partnering closely with the General Manager to turn commercial priorities into action.
- AI & Innovation: Explore how AI and new tools can improve prospecting, pipeline visibility and sales productivity, using technology to enhance judgement and commercial decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
