TUAL delivers battery-buffered rapid charging infrastructure for mission-critical commercial fleets. Our technology enables high-power charging where the available grid would otherwise make deployment difficult, slow or prohibitively expensive.
Having proven the technology in live deployments, we are now looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to turn a new category into material contracted revenue.
The role
This is a player-coach position—not a conventional sales-management role.
You will own the UK sales number while personally originating, progressing and closing major enterprise opportunities. The indicative annual target is 50 units and £3 million–£7 million of signed contract value.
You will:
- Personally open major fleet and infrastructure accounts
- Create and execute focused outbound sales campaigns
- Own strategic opportunities from first contact to signature
- Navigate technical evaluation, business cases, procurement and negotiation
- Lead and coach the sales team through live opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting, commercial discipline and deal momentum
- Protect margin and make responsible commercial decisions
- Remain visibly active in the market every week

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is not a role for someone who delegates prospecting, relies on inherited accounts or appears only for late-stage meetings. It is not a RevOps, CRM administration or broad CRO position. The decisive evidence is revenue you personally created—not only teams, systems or established brands you managed.
How to apply
Please apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and briefly identify:
- A significant account you personally originated
- How you created the initial access
- The revenue you personally won
