We're partnering with a high-growth SaaS company that's looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale its UK commercial organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven SaaS sales executive who enjoys coaching high-performing teams while remaining actively involved in strategic enterprise sales. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategy, and helping the business continue its expansion across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Own sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance.
- Personally lead complex Mid-Market and Enterprise sales opportunities.
- Implement scalable sales processes and playbooks.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience selling Mid-Market and Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Strong strategic leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Experience
- SaaS sales into PropTech, Construction Technology, Facilities Management, Smart Buildings, or Real Estate.
- Experience scaling a startup or high-growth SaaS business.
- Experience increasing average deal size and driving enterprise growth.
