Head of Sales
£75,000 Basic Salary | OTE £150,000+ | Glasgow | Property Investment
We're hiring the person everyone else's sales manager wishes they had.
REAL Property Scotland doesn't need someone to manage a sales team. We need someone who can build one.
Our business generates a huge volume of warm inbound opportunities every month. We have ambitious growth plans, aggressive targets and a team with enormous potential. Your job is simple:
Make every salesperson better than they were yesterday.
If you're motivated by building high-performing people, recruiting exceptional talent, coaching performance daily and creating a culture where targets become the minimum expectation, keep reading.
What you'll do
- You'll own the performance of our sales function.
- That means recruiting exceptional sales talent, onboarding them properly, training them continuously and ensuring every individual has the support, accountability and coaching they need to exceed target.
- You'll monitor every metric that matters. Calls. Conversions. Appointments. Revenue. Closing percentages. Individual performance. Team performance. If the data tells a story, you'll know it before anyone else.
- You'll identify weaknesses before they become problems, introduce training that genuinely moves performance, and build systems that make the team stronger every month.
- Every manager within the business becomes part of your leadership team. You'll coach them, support them and hold them accountable for the performance of their departments, ensuring every team consistently performs above target rather than simply hitting it.
- This isn't a role where you sit in meetings discussing why numbers were missed.
- It's a role where you improve the numbers.
- If recruitment needs improving, you'll improve it.
- If training needs improving, you'll improve it.
- If performance drops, you'll know why before anyone asks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
