VACANCY: Head of Sales - Water

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales – Water to lead our Water Sales team. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships and delivering performance across key accounts within the UK water sector.

About The Role

  • Develop and implement the Water sales growth strategy.
  • Lead and develop the Water Sales team to achieve objectives and budgets.
  • Manage strategic customer relationships and engagement plans.
  • Drive commercial performance, profitability and product mix.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead contract negotiations and framework agreements.
  • Monitor CRM activity, KPIs and sales performance.
  • Represent AVK at customer meetings and industry events.

About You

  • Proven sales leadership experience within water, utilities, infrastructure or a related technical sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering sustainable growth.
