About LIMINI

LIMINI is the AI marketing operating system and transformation partner for enterprise brands in regulated categories. We run the whole marketing workflow, from audience insight to campaign review, with brand and regulatory intelligence built in throughout.

We’re a women-owned B Corp with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification.

Why this role, why now

Global brands are under pressure to adopt AI across their marketing, and CMOs are under pressure to show what that spend returns. In regulated categories, every claim in every market has to clear legal review before a campaign can go to market.

Many have bought AI one task at a time, working in siloed teams across a series of pilots.

LIMINI connects that workflow into one operating system, with a team of former brand-side experts to help change how they work. We’re creating a new category, and you’ll be helping CMOs and General Counsel build the internal case for something their companies haven’t bought before. Global brands across healthcare, consumer goods, pharma and finance are already using LIMINI or in our pipeline. We need someone to turn that pipeline into signed deals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

As our first dedicated sales hire, you'll take ownership of the live enterprise pipeline and relationships built to close those deals. You’ll run discovery calls and demos with CMOs, Marketers and Legal Directors at household-name brands, shape proposals, and negotiate and land multi-year platform deals. You’ll keep the pipeline growing with the Sales Development Representative who reports to you.

You’ll record what works to build the process, tooling and metrics for our growing sales team. You’ll be consulted on strategic decisions and work directly with Maddy every day.

In 90 days you'll know our buyers, have taken over the live opportunities and closed, or significantly progressed, major deals. In a year you'll have delivered your new business target, and coached your first SDR to theirs.

Who you are

You've closed six-figure B2B SaaS deals with senior marketing, legal or compliance buyers, ideally in a regulated sector. You’ve written the sales playbook at an early-stage company.
