I’m working with a highly regarded estate agency business looking to appoint a Head of Sales to lead its Chichester office.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, Associate Director, Valuer, or Senior Lister who knows the Chichester market, is confident winning instructions, and wants the opportunity to take real ownership of a successful sales operation.
You’ll be leading an established sales-only team of four, with your primary focus on driving market share, generating new business, winning instructions, and ensuring the branch delivers an exceptional service to its clients.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply wants to manage from behind a desk. They are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting vendors, valuing property, building relationships, and being visible within the local community.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will ideally have:
- A strong track record of winning residential sales instructions
- Good knowledge of Chichester and the surrounding area
- Confidence carrying out valuations and converting opportunities into instructions

- The ability to lead, motivate, and get the best from a small team
