Head of Salesforce Architecture and Centre of Excellence

Steadman Brown are working with a global business headquartered in London, who are looking to hire a Head of Salesforce Architecture and Centre of Excellence.

This business have invested heavily in Salesforce over recent years, creating a multicloud Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, Data cloud, RCA and Agentforce.

The In-house Centre of Excellence consists of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and growing Architecture team, however as the team continues to grow, its imperative that the leader of this team, has a deep-rooted Salesforce architectural background.

Responsibilities

As The Head of Salesforce Architecture and COE, you will:

  • Lead all Salesforce platform developments and long-term vision for the platform
  • Own Salesforce product strategy
  • Have final say on architectural design and lead architectural thinking and planning
  • Work with wider technology teams (AWS) to ensure the best solution is developed, vs the easiest
  • Help establish a clear and define DevOps process
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Line manage a team of Salesforce resources
