Field Based
Salary between £95,000 and £105,000 per annum, car/car allowance, plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme
About The Role
The Head of SAP Capability is responsible for building, mentoring, and maintaining the functional, consulting, and business transformation expertise of our practice. You will ensure that we deliver best practice SAP solutions using the latest methodologies, acting as a highly articulate leader who can confidently promote our functional capabilities and transformational methodologies to prospective clients and the wider SAP community.
As Part Of Your Key Responsibilities You’ll
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Business Transformation Consultants.
- Oversee the presales capability, ensuring architects can configure and demonstrate full Private and Public Cloud SAP solutions to prospective clients.
- Ensure the entire practice stays up to date with the latest SAP offerings by leveraging SAP Activate tools, templates, and Cloud ALM.
- Drive business process mapping and transformation capabilities, specifically overseeing specialised practices like Signavio and SAP WalkMe.
- Regularly design, host, and present educational webinars and interactive workshops detailing our specialised offerings.
- Lead complex solution demonstrations and value-proposition pitches to senior business stakeholders of potential customers.

About You
We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
Essential
- Extensive SAP consulting experience, with a proven track record of leading functional teams or a solution architecture practice.
- Deep expertise in SAP Activate Methodology, with relevant certifications in SAP Activate or Cloud ALM highly preferred.
- Proven experience supporting sales teams and constructing statements of work (SOWs).
- Direct experience with tools such as process modeling platforms (e.g., SAP Signavio) and digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe).
- A valid passport and the absolute flexibility for national and international travel to support strategic presales bids and workshops.
- Dynamic presentation skills with the ability to translate complex functional processes into clear, high-value business outcomes.
