Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our UK offices.

The Opportunity

The Plan to Fulfill (P2F) Workstream Lead is a senior functional and solution authority responsible for the global design, governance, and multi-country deployment of SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications within the Plan to Fulfill domain.

This role combines deep Plan to Fulfill business process expertise, strong SAP S/4HANA solution knowledge, and disciplined program governance, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, standardized solutions aligned to the global template strategy.

The role will act as the primary decision authority for P2F solution design, including fit-to-standard, RICEFW governance, and enabling technology selection, while managing and challenging both business stakeholders and system integrators.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end design of the P2F global solution aligned to SAP S/4HANA best practices.
  • Drive fit-to-standard principles, minimizing customization and enforcing standardization across countries.
  • Define and govern global vs. local design decisions, ensuring scalability for multi-country rollout.
  • Act as the design authority for all P2F-related processes, including logistics, transportation management, global trade and compliance, warehouse and inventory management.
  • Provide guidance on leading-practice solutions within the P2F domain.
  • Challenge business stakeholders on process inefficiencies, legacy workarounds and non-standard requirements.
  • Drive process harmonization across geographies.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial processes, customer experience objectives, financial controls, and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Promote adoption of SAP standard capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Together with our S/I partners, translate business requirements into scalable S/4HANA functional and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and seamless integration with adjacent applications (e.g. Blue Yonder, SLM, OpenText).
  • Provide direction on configuration vs. extension decisions.
  • Own and govern the RICEFW intake, assessment, and approval process in P2F.
  • Act as final decision authority on inclusion/exclusion of enhancements and justification for deviations from standard.
  • Ensure RICEFW objects are strictly controlled fully documented and business-justified and value-driven.
  • Lead and oversee systems integrator delivery within the P2F workstream.
  • Provide direction to SI functional and technical teams on configuration, functional specifications, technical design and development.
  • Review and approve deliverables including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), configuration rationale and integration specifications.
  • Ensure SI adherence to global template principles, program governance standards, quality and documentation expectations.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and design of integrated P2F applications where required.
  • Assess vendor solutions against, SAP S/4HANA integration capability, functional fit, scalability and total cost of ownership.
  • Provide recommendations aligned to enterprise strategy and roadmap.
  • Act as the primary liaison across business, IT, business integrator, and systems integrator for the P2F workstream.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across workstreams.
  • Support executive governance through clear decision framing, risk and issue escalation and status reporting and milestone tracking.

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution and Plan to Fulfill processes with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-country deployments.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Plan to Fulfill processes including planning and replenishment, inventory management, supply execution, warehouse operations and logistics & fulfillment
  • Strong hands-on and/or design experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Inventory Management, SAP SD shipping integration, SAP EWM, SAP GTS, Stock transport processes, Advanced ATP (aATP)
  • Experience integrating with procurement, transportation, planning systems and warehouse management systems, i.e. Blue Yonder and EWM.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and challenge senior business stakeholders, govern and direct systems integrators and make design trade-off decisions under pressure.
  • Strong executive communication and decision facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery teams, complex stakeholder environments and global template governance.
