Culina Group is a leading UK 3rd party food & drinks logistics provider offering dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions.

At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you're valued, challenged, and inspired!

Culina Group is looking for a Group Head of Security to lead and embed a consistent, Group-wide approach to security across our nationwide operations. This is a highly visible role, working across multiple sites to protect our colleagues, customers, stock, vehicles, facilities, and reputation.

You'll be the subject matter expert for all aspects of physical security, including CCTV, access control, perimeter protection, theft prevention, fraud investigations, and security compliance. Partnering with stakeholders from site level through to executive leadership, you'll ensure our security standards are robust, practical, and fit for purpose across a complex logistics network.

This role requires regular travel across Culina Group sites and offers flexibility on base location.

What You'll Be Doing

Security Strategy & Standards

  • Develop and lead the Group security strategy across all business units.
  • Establish consistent security standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct site security reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across physical security measures, including CCTV, fencing, barriers, lighting, and access control systems.
  • Act as the lead security expert, providing guidance and assurance to operational leaders and customers.

Investigations & Incident Management

  • Lead investigations into theft, fraud, stock loss, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.
  • Review CCTV footage, conduct interviews, gather evidence, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Operations, insurers, and law enforcement agencies to ensure investigations are managed professionally and compliantly.
  • Lead responses to significant security incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor and investigate trends such as fuel fraud, shrinkage, and organized criminal activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
