  • Candidates should possess strong cybersecurity, information security, and network security skills to design and manage secure infrastructures and protect critical data.
  • Candidates should possess robust physical security and business continuity skills to safeguard facilities, personnel, and operations while ensuring resilience against disruptions.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven track record in leading security teams, managing complex security projects, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, data protection and privacy regulations).
  • Strong analytical, risk assessment, and incident management capabilities, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear reporting to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
