The Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of SEO to lead and scale our organic growth efforts. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that boosts visibility, drives qualified traffic, and increases conversions across all digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead a Technical SEO specialist, and ensure best practices are embedded into all aspects of site and content development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a long-term SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive organic growth through technical and content-based optimisation.
- Manage and mentor an SEO Specialist
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, development, and marketing teams.
- Report accurate performance insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Senior Leadership.
- Use technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and social media best practices.
- Oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits.
- Manage SEO budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead link-building, site migrations, and optimisation of key landing pages.
What we are looking for
- Widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading SEO professionals, with a proven track record of delivering measurable, high-impact results in a senior role
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
- Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Proficient in industry tools (e.g., SEMrush).
- Familiar with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
