Are you an experienced service leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement?
We’re looking for a Head of Service to lead our service function and ensure we consistently deliver an outstanding experience across our portfolio.
The Job:
- Job title: Head of Service (Contract Cleaning)
- Location: Hampshire / West Sussex
- Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
- Salary package: competitive
- Area: You will look after contracts in Hampshire, Brighton, West Sussex and on the Isle of Wight

As the Head of Service and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the sustained commercial profitability of your region, developing outstanding relationships with customers, and ensuring we are recognised as a strategic partner working towards mutual goals. You will be comfortable analysing profit and loss, mitigating risks, and creating and implementing strategies that identify opportunities, improve efficiencies, and drive both service growth and team performance.
The Head of Service provides leadership to operational managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services, compliance with health and safety standards, and achievement of business targets. As we operate sustainably and ethically, you will ensure your teams embody these principles at all times.

You will play a key role in securing Nviro’s future growth and profitability. You will oversee a designated area and manage an assigned group of clients, ensuring our service consistently exceeds expectations. You will work collaboratively with clients to deliver a service that enables their building users to thrive.
You will report to the Operations Director.
You will spend your initial six-month onboarding period getting settled in your role as a Head of Service. Following successful completion of your probation period, you will formally transition into the Senior Leadership Team to drive long-term strategy.
