Head of Service Delivery

We're supporting a growing, purpose-led organisation as they appoint a Head of Service Delivery to lead a talented team responsible for delivering customer-critical projects across the UK.

The Opportunity
As Head of Service Delivery, you'll lead a team of experienced professionals operating within a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly and no two days look the same. Success in this role won't come from being the most technical person in the room. Instead, you'll be a strong leader who can motivate different personalities, create clarity in complexity and help a team perform at its best under pressure. You'll act as a trusted figure across the business, balancing customer expectations, operational demands and team development whilst driving continuous improvement.
