Head of Service Lines for GI, Urology, Breast and Gynaecology
Working hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

As Head of Service Lines for GI, Urology, Breast and Gynaecology, you'll work at a strategic and operational level, partnering with clinical and executive leaders across Breast, Gynaecology, Urology, Gastrointestinal and Robotics. You'll play a key role in shaping long term growth plans, strengthening consultant engagement, improving service delivery and ensuring our patients continue to have access to outstanding care, innovation and clinical excellence.

What you'll do
- Lead the development and delivery of three year strategic growth plans across Breast, Gynaecology, Urology and GI service lines.
- Partner with executive, clinical and operational leaders to implement growth initiatives that drive revenue, service development and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, providers, insurers and internal stakeholders to support growth, innovation and excellent patient outcomes.
- Use market intelligence, clinical data and performance insights to identify opportunities, influence decision making and shape future investment.
What you'll bring
- Significant senior leadership experience within healthcare, service line management, strategy, business development or operational leadership.
- A strong track record of delivering growth, leading transformation programmes and driving measurable business performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence consultants, executives and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience supporting investment decisions, business planning and service development.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery, bringing people together to achieve shared goals.

Location
This is a divisional role with travel required across HCA Healthcare UK facilities as needed.
