Lead the Future of Adult Social Care
At the Royal Borough of Greenwich, we are creating a new vision for Adult Social Care — one that places people, communities, partnerships and our staff as the driver of everything we do.
We are looking for someone who can deliver this. Is this you?
Inspired by the voices of our residents and staff, and aligned with the ambitions of the NHS 10 Year Health Plan, we are transforming how support is delivered through neighbourhood-based, preventative and integrated approaches.
We know that people experience services, not organisations. Too often, support can feel fragmented across health, social care, housing and community services.
We will change this by creating a more connected system built around the strengths of individuals, families and communities, delivering the right support at the right time.
This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to show us what you’ve got, help redesign services, strengthen communities and improve outcomes for residents. The people of Greenwich are seeking exceptional leaders who can work across organisational boundaries, inspire teams, and deliver meaningful change.
Join us and help build a stronger, fairer and more sustainable future for the people of Greenwich.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
