CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Service Delivery to join our team at our client campus in Nottingham. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering best-in-class facilities management services, driving operational performance, leading high-performing teams, and building trusted client relationships.
This role will be a 14-month FTC with the opportunity to be retained by one of the UK's leading FM providers.
The Opportunity
As Head of Service Delivery, you will take overall responsibility for the operational delivery of integrated facilities management services across the account, ensuring contractual commitments, performance targets, and client expectations are consistently achieved and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop senior operational teams and supply partners.
- Drive operational excellence across hard and soft FM services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver against KPIs, financial plans, and contractual commitments.
- Champion health, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and high-performing teams.
- Identify opportunities for service innovation, efficiency, and contract growth.
About You
You'll be an established FM leader with:
- Experience operating at Contract Manager, Account Manager, or senior leadership level within integrated FM environments.
- Strong commercial and financial management capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- The ability to influence, inspire, and drive performance in business-critical environments.
