This marks the start of an exciting new chapter and creates a unique opportunity to build a leading integrated maritime services organization in the UK.
Lead the next phase of growth for Damen Services UK
Following the recent acquisition of IME, Damen Services is building an integrated UK service organization with approximately 40 employees. We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Services UK to lead the business through its next stage of growth. Reporting to the Area Service Manager Europe, you will have overall responsibility for business performance, operational delivery, customer relationships and organisational development across our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop the UK Services organisation.
- Drive the successful integration of Damen Services UK and IME.
- Deliver safe, efficient and profitable service operations.
- Develop customer relationships and support business growth.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 40 employees through direct management of the leadership team.
- Own operational performance and contribute to financial results.
- Build a culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Represent Damen Services within the UK maritime market.
Skills & Experience
- Leadership experience within maritime, offshore, engineering or technical services environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Experience managing organisational change, growth or integration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach.
- Technical education and/or relevant industry experience.
- Fluent in English.
