Investment Director
As Investment Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the development and funding strategies of our Single Family Rental portfolio. With responsibilities ranging from managing strategic investments to overseeing project budgets, you’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to bring projects from inception to completion.
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the charge on land promotion opportunities, oversee legal and financial negotiations, and support our project delivery teams to meet business objectives. Your expertise in investment and development appraisals will be instrumental in identifying and maximizing new opportunities.

You will have extensive experience in development and investment appraisals, with a strong understanding of financial and deliverability assessments, exceptional relationship management skills, and an ability to maintain key partnerships with funders, investors, and third-party stakeholders. Hands-on experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing end-to-end project delivery from feasibility to final handover. Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to execute legal agreements and secure funding for high-impact projects and knowledge of joint ventures or public-private partnership structures is an advantage.
