Head of Social | London | £65–75k + Bonus + Benefits
I'm working with a fast-growing independent marketing agency that's looking for its first Social Lead to build and scale a brand-new social offering.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the agency's social proposition from the ground up—owning the strategy, commercial growth and team while working with globally recognised consumer brands across lifestyle, entertainment and youth culture.
The Role
You'll lead the agency's social capability across strategy, content, community management, creators and paid social, transforming authentic community and creator content into high-performing, social-first campaigns.

- Define the agency's social offering, processes and commercial roadmap.
- Develop platform-first strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
- Lead always-on social, creator campaigns, community management and reactive content.
- Oversee content production, social amplification and performance reporting.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior clients and play a key role in new business growth.
- Build and mentor a growing social team as the function expands.
About You
You'll have:
- 5+ years' experience within a social-first, creative or integrated agency.
- A strong portfolio of social campaigns for recognised consumer brands.
- Experience across social strategy, content production, community management and paid social.
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and growing client relationships.
- A passion for culture, creators, communities and platform trends.
- The ambition to build and lead a social practice rather than inherit one.
