About Foodhub

Foodhub is an international hospitality technology business providing online ordering, EPOS, payments, kiosks, and digital solutions to restaurants and takeaways. With headquarters in Dublin and operations across international markets, we are building the teams and systems that support our next stage of growth.

About the role

We are looking for a creative marketing operator who can turn ambitious ideas into campaigns people notice and act on. You will lead social, creator, and content activity, strengthen Foodhub’s consumer brand, and connect engagement to customer growth. Bring a portfolio that shows original thinking, confident execution, and a clear understanding of campaign economics.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver distinctive brand campaigns across social and digital channels, adapting ideas to local audiences and restaurant partners.
  • Build a content program across short-form video, livestreams, and podcasts, choosing formats for their audience relevance and measurable impact.
  • Source and manage creators and influencers, agreeing clear briefs, deliverables, usage rights, and commercial terms.
  • Work with creative agencies and production partners, challenge proposals, and negotiate good value within agreed budgets.
  • Stay involved in scripting, production, and publishing, and develop a small team or contributor network that can move quickly.
  • Work with Product, CRM, and performance marketing colleagues to connect campaigns to app engagement, completed orders, and repeat purchase.
  • Measure campaign spend and results, test creative variations, and explain what should continue, change, or stop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
