About The Role - DFYNE Your Career
First off, it’s best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it’s not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it’s important you get introduced to who you may be working with for a long time early on. I’m Toby, Head of Marketing at DFYNE. I’m looking for someone who’s going to help us take DFYNE’s social media to the next level.

The Head of Social Media will lead DFYNE’s global social presence across all platforms, shaping how millions experience our brand every day. You’ll set the vision, build the strategy, lead a high performing team, and create a social engine that drives brand love, community engagement, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Own DFYNE’s global social strategy, ensuring consistency, creativity, and cultural relevance.
- Lead content calendars, storytelling frameworks, and platform specific content plans.
- Build a thriving, loyal global community through meaningful interactions and creator partnerships.
- Use insights to optimise content, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with creators, athletes, ambassadors, and internal talent to amplify reach.
- Ensure tone, visuals, and messaging reflect DFYNE’s identity and values.
- Lead social execution for launches, events, partnerships, and brand moments.
- Keep DFYNE ahead of cultural shifts, platform changes, and emerging formats.

Experience Needed
- Senior social leadership experience in high growth brand, ideally in fitness, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of scaling social channels to significant global reach.
- Demonstrated success in community building, viral content, and brand storytelling.
- Experience working with global audiences and culturally diverse communities.
- Strong understanding of paid social, organic growth, and performance optimisation.
