Head of Social Media

FMCG Challenger Brand

Location: London

Salary: £60-£80k + equity


Here at Ignite, we are delighted to be working with a FMCG Challenger brand that are leading in their category. They have seen some serious growth and operate in both D2C and Retail. They are a social-first business and have an amazing loyal following, this role will genuinely be like no other role on the market, it will be career defining!


Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong Social Media skillset with a proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement, you must be able to be both strategic and hands on and manage a content team of 3+.

You will be responsible for owning the social media function, leading the content creation engine across organic and paid, driving virality and storytelling as well as analysing performance.
