The Brand

A fast-growing brand are looking to recruit a Head of Social Media to lead, elevate and scale their social presence globally. They're looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of brand, product and performance, turning creative vision into standout content across their key channels.

The Role

  • Manage a mix of in-house and freelance talent, setting the tone for how the team works and the standard it works to
  • Keep a close eye on what's working across the industry, new formats, shifting audience behaviour, platform changes and adapt plans accordingly
  • Work hand-in-hand with the wider creative and product teams to find and shape stories worth telling, especially around new launches
  • Take full ownership of the brand's social output across key platforms, deciding what each channel is for and how success is measured
  • Flag where the team needs more support or specialist skills, and help bring in the right people
  • Map out a content calendar that ties together product releases, marketing pushes and bigger moments in the brand's calendar
  • Build and grow a small number of channels from the ground up, turning early traction into consistent, meaningful growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
