DESCRIPTION
This digitally-led beauty brand is looking for a Head of Social to join on a 3-month FTC, starting immediately. The role is designed to provide interim leadership and stability to the social function during a period of transition before a permanent hire joins the business.
This is a purely organic social role, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok. Rather than day-to-day community management, the emphasis is on strategy, reporting, audits, performance reviews, and helping steer the wider social function during the handover period.
You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and play a key role in ensuring the brand’s organic social presence remains consistent, elevated, and commercially aligned.

Responsibilities
- Leading the organic social function across Instagram and TikTok
- Conducting social audits and performance reviews
- Managing reporting and providing clear strategic recommendations
- Helping steady and support the team during the transition period
- Collaborating closely with founders and senior leadership
- Ensuring the brand’s social output remains culturally relevant, premium, and aligned to wider business goals
Experience
- Proven experience leading organic social for a beauty, fashion, or wellness brand
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth, content performance, and social storytelling
- Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, CMOs, or senior leadership teams
- Confident presenting insights, recommendations, and performance updates
- A strategic thinker who can quickly assess what is working and where improvements can be made
- Comfortable stepping into a fast-paced brand environment and adding value immediately
