The Role

Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, always-on content, and major launches.

Client Advisory: Act as the senior social advisor to clients, bringing a strong point of view, trends, and data-backed reasoning to the table.

Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with the Creative team to ensure ideas land as platform-native as they are on-brand.

Innovation: Build and launch new social products, formats, and testing strategies to keep ahead of platform changes.

The Person

Experience: 4+ years working in social media - ideally in Web3, fintech, or emerging tech.

Agency Roots: An indie, social-first, or start-up agency background is preferred over big network environments.

Strategic Track Record: A portfolio of social strategies that delivered measurable business results, with the ability to talk through the numbers behind them.
