Head of Social, PR & Influencer

We are excited to be working with a niche and growing Tour Operator who brings destinations to life, offering guests special insider access to landmarks, museums, bars, and restaurants that they simply wouldn't discover on their own. They are looking for a Head of Social, PR & Influencer to join their growing team!

You will own the company's earned demand - their social channels and social-native content, community, PR and communications, and influencer - across all of their brands. Your core focus is social media, content creation, community, and channel management: capturing attention at the top of the funnel and following it through to revenue wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Social channels, content & community

  • Own and manage our social channels - Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok today (including TikTok Shop and commerce-enabled creator mechanisms) - and expand into the right emerging platforms.
  • Create standout social-native content that captures cultural attention and earns reach, produced to the brand standard.
  • Repurpose and cut our YouTube content (owned by Content & Organic Growth) for the social feeds, and feed social-native assets into paid social with Performance.
  • Grow and lead our community, building an engaged, loyal audience around the brand.

PR & earned media

  • Own PR and earned media as a channel - the earned narrative that campaigns feed and amplify.
  • Protect the brand's reputation across all public channels, and act as a key reputational and communications advisor to executive leadership - including in high-stakes and crisis windows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Influencer, creators & revenue

  • Own the influencer and creator ecosystem - the relationships, partnerships, and pipeline - from first contact through to activation.
  • Partner closely with Affiliate & Partnerships to convert creators and third-party partners into revenue-driving relationships - the pipeline that has become a significant seven-figure engine for us.
  • Give visibility from top-of-funnel through to revenue where possible, connecting earned and creator activity to commercial outcomes.

Measurement & platform fluency

  • Measure success from top-of-funnel through to revenue - earned reach, share of voice, engagement, community growth, and creator-driven contribution. (Channel-level paid attribution sits with Performance.)
  • Maintain native fluency in shifting platform algorithms, commerce-enabled creator mechanisms, and modern digital-PR measurement.
  • Champion an AI-forward way of working across social, content, and community - using AI to move faster and sharpen output without dropping the quality bar.

Team & agency leadership

  • Lead and develop the team - the Social Media Manager and PR & Influencer Manager - building a high-performing, multi-disciplinary group across social, comms, and influencer.
  • Direct external PR and creative agencies against clear KPIs, extracting maximum performance from partners.
  • Direct and optimise global talent and media budgets with clear accountability and commercial return.

The Person:

  • An extensive background leading organic social, PR / communications, or influencer marketing ecosystems, with a genuine people-leadership track record.
  • Experience marketing to the US market, with a strong understanding of the US audience and consumer - our primary audience - ideally alongside a strong European network of creators and influencers.
  • US PR / earned-media experience is highly valued.
  • Strong on influencer and partnerships - a proven history of building creator relationships and turning them into commercial value.
  • A track record of scaling brands people love, and of building high-performing, multi-disciplinary communications teams.
  • Deep, practical fluency in shifting platform algorithms, creator monetisation mechanisms (e.g., TikTok Shop), and modern digital-PR measurement.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management - builds immediate trust and presents communications strategy credibly to board members, executives, and external media.
  • Analytical and commercial - comfortable measuring from reach and share of voice through to revenue contribution.
  • AI-forward - AI is embedded in how you and your team work, not a bolt-on.
  • Genuinely curious, collaborative, and guest-obsessed - at home in a values-led business built on curiosity, connection, and authenticity.
